Can I customize my headwear?

Yes, of course, we are a professional customize headwear factory. We are able to facilitate your headwear project from concept to completion. Please advise your requests, or send us your artwork directly.

Q1: How long will it take to finish the sample and mass order?

A1: It normally takes 7~10 days for sampling (except for complicated style). Mass orders will take 30~40 days If stock fabric is to be used.

Q2: What is your minimum order quantity?

A2: For our regular styles fabrics and colors, our minimum order is 144 pieces per style.

Q4: Which payment term you can accept?

A4: We accept T/T and LC at sight; We also accept PAYPAL and WEST UNION for a little charge.

Q5: How to ship my order? What′s your normal shipping document?

A5: You can ship by express (FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS), by air, and by sea.

Our normal shipping documents are:

1, Commercial invoice

2, packing list

3, Certificate of origin or Form A (if available)

4, another statement as per LC request

Q7: What′s your production capacity per month?

A7: Generally speaking, 100, 000PCS per month for the normal cap.
